- All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by JJGRANT.
- Acknowledgement of your order means that JJGRANT has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped. JJGRANT may, in its sole discretion, require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
- All of our "Ready to Order" items will take 7-10 business days to ship out. We offer next day shipping at an additional rate upon request (please email email@example.com).
- All "Preorder" items will be delivered according to the scheduled ship out date listed on each product page, but do not worry we will send you updates when your items is ready to ship.
- Refer back to product's description to see if your item is Ready to Order or Preorder.
- After your order is shipped you will be notified via email with your tracking confirmation number.
- To protect our customers, JJGRANT is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and JJGRANT will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.
- Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed.
- Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared or sold to third parties.
RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
- WE WILL NOT REFUND AN ITEM UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE. IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DAMAGED, WE ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE US AN EMAIL THAT INCLUDES A PICTURE OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM (CLEARLY SHOWING THE DEFECT) WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. WE WILL THEN DETERMINE IF THE CLIENT IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE BY RESPONDING TO THE EMAIL WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS WITH A RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN WITH ALL ITS ORIGINAL TAGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS OR DUTY FEES. UPON RECEPTION, INSPECTION AND QUALIFICATION OF THE RETURN, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITH AN ADDRESS FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT. ONCE YOU HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ITEM BACK, AND SENT A TRACKING NUMBER TO INFO@JJGRANTNYC.COM, WE WILL THEN SHIP OUT YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM. YOU CAN NOT ALTER OR MODIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS ON RETURNS.
- AN ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED. IF, FOR ANY REASON, WE ARE FORCED TO REFUND A CANCELLED ORDER OR ITEM, WE WILL KEEP PROCESSING FEES OF AT LEAST 60%.
- WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES WITHIN 48 HOURS; ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
